How Rentals Work
 

1. Add it to your registration — Rentals can be added for any event with open dates, right from the items below. They're not automatically included in your trip fee, so if you need a tent, pack, or anything else, add it here rather than assuming it's covered.

2. Pick up at the trailhead — Gear is handed out at the trailhead or parking area the morning of your event.

3. Arrive a few minutes early — If you're renting, come a little ahead of the meetup time so there's room to make any packing adjustments with your guide before you head out.

4. Return it to your guide — Hand your rental gear to your guide at the end of the event — no separate drop-off or shipping needed.
